Superior Fire Resistance: Passes the stringent C, W, and Z tests of the British BS6387 standard, meaning it can withstand continuous power supply for 3 hours under a 950℃ flame without breakdown, and can also withstand water spray and mechanical impact.
Flexible Structure: Compared to traditional BTTZ rigid cables, BTLY uses multi-strand copper wire continuously extruded aluminum sheath, resulting in better bending performance and easier installation.
Safe and Environmentally Friendly: The insulation material is inorganic mica tape, and the outer sheath is made of low-smoke halogen-free material, which does not release toxic gases in the event of a fire, meeting environmental protection requirements.
High Mechanical Strength: Even if the cable diameter deforms by one-third, it can still function normally, with strong resistance to pressure and impact.

BTLY Fair-reistant Cable
BTLY cable is a type of insulated, flexible, mineral-insulated fire-resistant cable. Its main structure, from the inside out, typically includes:
1. Conductor: Copper stranded wire.
2. Insulation layer: High-temperature resistant, non-combustible inorganic mineral insulation material, such as phlogopite tape or ceramicized silicone rubber tape.
3. Metal sheath: Continuously extruded seamless aluminum tubing sheath, giving it excellent bending characteristics, unlike the copper sheath of rigid cables.
4. Insulation layer and outer sheath: The outer layer typically consists of an oxygen-barrier fireproof layer, an insulation layer, and a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant sheath, forming multiple layers of protection.
This structural design allows it to maintain excellent fire resistance while possessing good flexibility and ease of installation, making laying methods more flexible.
